That is true. If you restart your phone, it will use more battery but if you restart it from time to time before charging, it will not load the useless applications and this will make the battery last longer. After it’s fully loaded.

From time to time means about every two to three days…

i wont agree with the “Restart your phone from time to time” option.
the cell would consume more battery if it is restared from time to time…
make sure u properly charge the battery when therez a beep..

I tried it on an TC touch, it is more than OK, now i don’t have to guess where i will find a wireless network to connect, i just go somepkace and on the main HTC screen i see how many “spots” (I guess they mean “wireless networks”) there ar around me.

I didn’t really understand what happens when I press this “robot” button, but I see I get connected faster when i am in an area with several hotspots.

anyway it is worth trying.
