Top Symbian Anti Virus Appications

As you probably know, smart-phones need anti-virus applications especially if you are using the internet or if you install new applications often. To help you chose the best one, I’ll make a list of the available applications.

Here they are:

Norton Smartphone Security

Features:

  • Antivirus
  • Firewall
  • SMS Antispam

Kaspersky Anti-Virus

Supported Phones:

  • Symbian series 60 versions 6.1, 7.x, 8.x, 9.1, 9.2
  • Symbian series UIQ versions 7.x
  • Symbian series 80 versions 7.x

Mc Afee

Not yet on the market but still an application worth monitoring because it is rumored to become one of the best choices when it comes to Symbian phones.

F-Secure Anti Virus

Features:

These would be the top applications but there still are some which are worth trying though these weren’t really tested. Here they are:

    If your looking for even more information on PC security then I would head over here as they have plenty of stuff on identity theft, antivirus software etc.
